Lance has over 20 years of endpoint management experience, from the perspective of both an admin and a product leader. He was previously was a senior product leader at Microsoft for many years, focused on cross-platform device management using Microsoft Intune. His work there included integration with Windows, Entra, and Defender; AI initiatives with Security Copilot, and launching and growing the Intune Suite. Lance joined Iru in 2025 and has been leading the vision and delivery of Iru's Windows UEM product.

Kelwin Peralta is a Mid-Senior IT Operations Support Engineer at GWI, a global market research company with offices across New York, London, Athens, and Singapore. He manages a 500+ macOS endpoint fleet, overseeing identity governance, MDM platforms, endpoint security, and IT lifecycle automation across the organization. Kelwin has hands-on experience with Iru, Jamf, Okta, and JumpCloud, and has led major infrastructure initiatives including a full JumpCloud-to-Okta identity migration and an ongoing Jamf-to-Iru MDM transition. He is passionate about building scalable, automated IT operations — from zero-touch device enrollment to lifecycle workflow orchestration — and regularly uses Iru to enforce security baselines, manage compliance, and streamline device management at scale.
