The BambooHR connection pulls employee records directly from BambooHR's standard employee directory and uses them to populate your Iru Identity directory. As people are hired, change roles, or leave, those updates flow into Iru automatically, so your directory reflects your source of truth. It draws on BambooHR's standard employee fields, including name, work and home email, job title, department, supervisor, hire date, and employee ID, which map to attributes on each person's Iru profile.
