What's the minimum commitment?

25 devices on a twelve-month term, billed monthly. You can spread devices across multiple tenants. Flexibility to move up and down from your committed floor, billed based on your peak usage per tenant.

What support model do partners get?

Iru Support is included for every partner.

How does billing work across tenants?

Each client tenant has itemized billing. Self-provision new tenants through your MSP portal. Iru bills you for your peak device count the following month.

When does the partner portal launch?

Beta rolls out this quarter. Early adopters get first access to the parent portal, NFR licenses for their own lab tenant, and partner pricing locked in.

Do you support Windows and Android?

Iru covers both. The Iru agent runs the same way on Windows as it does on Mac. Android is covered through Mobile Device Management for enrollment, policy, and app deployment.

Which frameworks can Iru’s Compliance Automation tool support?

We support 10 of the most common frameworks, including SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and GDPR. Each client tenant gets tailored controls and its own Trust Center, so you can productize compliance as part of your managed offering.

What about certifications for my engineers?

Iru is finalizing the partner certification path with the launch cohort. Your engineers will be able to sell and deploy with the same depth as Iru's own Sales Engineers. 

How does the MSP hierarchy work?

One level deep. Your MSP parent tenant manages your client tenants.
