Introducing the Kandji Referral Program

If you’ve ever raved about Kandji to a friend, colleague, or peer, you’re in good company. Our customers can’t help but share it - whether it’s in a Slack community, during a coffee break, or during a “you’ve got to check this out” moment. Those recommendations carry more weight than any ad ever could, because they come from someone who’s been there, done that, and solved the problem.

Now, we want to say thank you in a bigger way.

We’re excited to launch the new Kandji Referral Program - a rewards system that gives you real value for sharing Kandji with your network.

How It Works

The Kandji Referral Program is built to recognize the value of your influence. You already know the difference Kandji can make for an IT or security team and when you share that with someone in your network, it can spark a major improvement in how they manage their Apple devices. That kind of impact deserves more than a thank-you email.

Here’s what happens when you refer:

  1. You make the connection. Introduce Kandji to someone in your professional network - a colleague at another company, a friend in the industry, or a partner looking for a better way to manage fleets.

  2. They become a customer. If your referral signs on with Kandji, you’ll be rewarded based on the size of their deal. Bigger deals mean bigger rewards, and you choose whether that comes as cash in your pocket or credit toward your Kandji account.

  3. They benefit, too. Your referral gets 5% off the total value of their first year with Kandji, applied as an invoice credit because referrals should work for both sides.

And the best part? Rewards scale with the impact you create. If your referral leads to a larger deal, your reward grows, too.

Why this Matters

In IT and security, buying decisions aren’t made in a vacuum. They’re influenced by trusted voices, people who’ve already solved the challenges someone else is facing.

This program is our way of recognizing that influence and turning it into something tangible for you and the people you help.

We designed this program to reflect how decisions are actually made in modern IT. Not through pop-ups or ads but through real people, sharing tools that actually work.

How to Refer

It’s simple:

  • In-app: If you’re a self-serve customer, you’ll see an option to submit a referral directly.

  • Through your CSM or AE: If you work with our team, just let them know.

  • Via our referral page here.

When your referral signs, they’ll immediately get their account credit toward the first year. As soon as they make their first payment, your reward is on its way.
