Risotto
Surface Iru device data and actions inside Risotto helpdesk workflows.
Risotto is an AI-powered IT helpdesk that works inside Slack or Microsoft Teams and connects to existing ticketing systems such as Jira, FreshService, Zendesk, and ServiceNow to automate internal support requests. Employees can ask for help in natural language, and Risotto's AI agents resolve issues end-to-end by answering questions from indexed knowledge, provisioning access, and running device workflows. When a request requires human involvement, the workflow escalates appropriately. IT teams can quickly roll out automations using AI-authored runbooks and integration workflows.
Risotto's Iru integration brings device context and actions into those workflows, including device details and inventory, FileVault recovery keys, Recovery Lock passwords, device lock PINs, and audit events. It reads data from Iru by looking up devices from a user email, retrieving device details, recovering FileVault keys and Recovery Lock passwords, and searching audit events, and it can act in Iru by generating and issuing a remote device lock PIN. These capabilities are exposed as versioned tools that admins can compose into approval-governed runbooks, enabling secure self-service directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
This helps teams automate routine endpoint operations in a secure, auditable, and self-service way while keeping full IT and Security visibility across the workflow.
