Make a Data Protection Complaint

If you believe that Iru, Inc. ("Iru") has handled your personal data in a way that infringes the UK General Data Protection Regulation or the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to complain to us. We encourage you to raise your concern with us first so we can investigate and resolve it directly.

Please complete the form below. We will acknowledge your Complaint within 30 days of receipt and take appropriate steps to investigate and respond without undue delay. We will keep you informed of our progress and notify you of the outcome.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your Complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Escalation to the ICO

Privacy and Retention

We process complaint data to meet our legal obligations and to investigate/respond. Complaint records are retained for six years from closure unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing proceedings.
