Removing End-of-Life Auto Apps

As of today, Kandji has removed the following Auto Apps from our catalog:

• Aircall
• Connect Fonts
• Skype
• Visual Studio

Any deployed configuration profiles bundled with these titles will be automatically removed from Mac computers at their next MDM check-ins.

However, these applications will not be removed from Mac computers if currently installed. Uninstallers for each app, deployable as custom scripts, can be found here: Aircall; Connect Fonts; Skype; Visual Studio

Skype was retired in May of this year in favor of Microsoft Teams. See Microsoft's announcement for more details.

Visual Studio for Mac was officially retired on August 31, 2024. Please see Microsoft's announcement for additional information, which recommends moving to Visual Studio Code.
