Iru Agent for Windows Release 1.3.15

We've released Iru Agent for Windows 1.3.15, including a fix so Self Service correctly shows "Installed" after an enforced app finishes installing, a fix for large app installs (2GB and larger) failing in Self Service, and a fix for a crash affecting the agent when reconnecting after a network interruption.
