Clearer Answers, Faster Access in Iru AI Chat

Three updates make Iru AI answers easier to read and act on.

1. Library Item pages now show an auto-generated summary of how the item is configured, who it affects, and its security impact — and it stays current as configuration changes.

2. References to devices, Library Items, Blueprints, apps, or CVEs in chat answers now appear as clickable links straight to the right page.

3. And "View in [feature]" buttons now show exact result counts, like "View 42 in Vulnerabilities."
