Iru Agent for Windows Release 1.2.14

We've released Iru Agent for Windows 1.2.14. This release includes fixes for Custom Scripts (a download-file issue, clearer restart messaging, and a wider command-line field), improved detection of Auto App updates, and a fix ensuring changed Library Item settings are correctly re-applied to devices.
