Automatically rotate FileVault recovery keys after viewing

FileVault recovery keys can now rotate automatically after an administrator views the current key. Turn on Automatically rotate keys after viewing in the FileVault Library Item and set when the rotation happens. Key views continue to be recorded in the device activity timeline.
