Existing artifacts attach themselves to newly created actions

Your evidence library now covers new actions automatically. When a new action is created — from a new framework, a new control, or one added by hand — Iru evaluates it against the artifacts already in your evidence library and attaches any strong match. Add SOC 2 today and a policy you uploaded months ago is already attached to the actions it covers. Actions that receive evidence this way move to In review.

The automated evidence toggle now says what it actually controls. The "Enable auto-generated evidence" toggle covers automated, sources-based collection only. Manual artifact matching now runs for every new action regardless of that setting.
