Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE): Enforce betas and skip new screens

The Automated Device Enrollment Library Item for Apple devices has been updated with the following enhancements:

1. Devices can be forced to upgrade to beta OS releases before they enroll, ensuring complete test coverage of critical enrollment workflows when testing beta Apple OS releases.

2. For Mac, devices can always be forced to update to the latest public release of macOS before enrollment. This enhancement brings parity to Mac for what was already supported in Iru for other Apple platforms.

The latest public release option for all Apple devices checks hardware compatibility and enforces the latest supported public release for the enrolling device.

3. The Liquid Glass setup screen can be skipped for devices running the OS 27 series of releases (currently in beta).
