Delegate certificate management to Google Play apps on Android

Admins can now give a Google Play app permission to manage certificates on managed Android devices. A new Certificate management section on the Google Play app Library Item lets you allow an app to install and manage certificates, to select certificates for other apps, or both. This supports running a third-party certificate or PKI app on managed Android devices. Only one app per device can select certificates for other apps, so the Blueprint editor blocks assigning two such apps to the same Blueprint node and warns when two apps on the same path could reach the same device.

For more details, see Configure Android Apps with Google Play Library Item.
