Mac Custom Apps: Now with support for 30 GB installers

Mac Custom App Library Items now support installers up to 30 GB in size. Downloads happen in the background in the Iru Agent as to not hold up processing of other Library Items, and downloads auto resume when possible if they are interrupted by network hiccups or devices sleeping.
