The Single Sign-On Library Item now supports OpenID sign-in on macOS 27 and later, so users can sign in through identity provider web sign-in pages, including multi-factor authentication, at the login window, Lock Screen, and FileVault unlock. New settings let you sync the web login password to the local account and set a web login URL allow list. These settings apply only to Macs running macOS 27 or later, and OpenID depends on the identity provider supporting it.
