The Privacy Library Item's Recommended privacy permissions area now supports Mac, in addition to iPhone and iPad. Admins can recommend app permissions for macOS apps and website permissions for Safari, so end users see a single consent prompt listing everything an app or site needs instead of being prompted one permission at a time. The user can select Allow to grant every recommended permission at once, or Not Now, in which case the app continues to prompt for individual permissions as it normally would.
Supported Mac app permissions include Bluetooth, Camera, Dictation, Local Network, Location, and Microphone. Mac apps are identified by bundle ID and code requirement, and a recommendation applies only when the installed app's code signature matches. Website rules use the same specific and wildcard domains as iPhone and iPad. This requires Macs on macOS 27 or later.
