Knowledge Base Answers, Message Editing, and Windows App Setup

Chat now pulls from Iru's knowledge base to answer technical questions, with a cleaner handoff to Support when it can't help. You can edit any message you've already sent and pick up the conversation from there. Iru AI can now configure Windows apps in addition to Mac, and a new AI summarization capability is rolling out across products.

Iru AI now offers real-time chat responses

Iru AI chat responses now render with proper bullets, tables, headings, and emphasis. Logging out and back in starts a fresh conversation instead of resuming a stale one, and responses now stream in real time. Iru AI has also expanded to answer questions about Windows and Iru Compliance, in addition to existing product coverage.
